Location, clean WiFi was not good in the room as we were in the basement -room 008

No complaints. Convenient to the Big Tex Steakhouse. I used the exercise facility and it was good quality. The price was on the expensive side but it pleased my partner.

Most hotels have a simple map of the city they are in, but when I asked, the answer was “no”. I was looking for an area not a specific place that I could look up by GPS. The desk person with the two toned hair color said “I’m not a tour guide”. She reluctantly finally looked up an address I could use. She and the other person at the desk have no customer service skills.

The room and bathroom were adequate and average but the halls on each floor smelled awful. The carpet is gross and ripped up in areas. The outside areas are totally weeds and need to be Mowed and edged. The trees are overgrown and need to be pruned. This property needs some TLC. This is about a 6.5 out of 10.

Carpet was worn and needed replaced.

Bathroom still has a tub and not a walk in shower.
