Hampton Inn by Hilton Addison Dallas

The overall weekend stay was okay. Didn’t get my room refreshed or cleaned during my two day stay and had to ask for fresh towels. Called the front desk and was told I would get some brought to me but never did, waited for almost an hour and decided to go get them myself.

loved everything, front desk was helpful & i felt safe!

Great visit

Not having cameras on the side of the building

Hotel was beautiful, clean, and staff was friendly. My only complaint was that our fridge was leaking on the floor. I called to let the front desk know. He said he was “the only one there and didn’t know if they would have a replacement”. He was helpful and asked if we needed extra towels for the mess. Not a horrible situation, but inconvenient with wet towels on the floor all night.

Staff could smile Air conditioners on all 3 rooms didn't work, tons weren't clean, beds were horrible. Doors didn't seal so light and sound came in. Dude at the front desk was texting instead of checking us out.

The room was clean, smelled good and was not outdated. The pillows were not good.

The hotel was very nice… The staff was very nice… Breakfast could've been better

Nothing

The system can back up a few hours later and my stay was excellent.

The location was great for the events we had planned!

*****

Best Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed!

Not charge extra for checking in. First floor room you did not give me and the pool wasn't working

Nice and new hotel was comfortable and a great location in Addison. DART station and beautiful park with walking trail and water features across the street. Only complaint was A/C difficult to program and did not cool after lights were out. We should have had them come to the room and demonstrate. Otherwise, a wonderful stay

Great stay, clean modern room and the staff were all very nice.

.

Very nice place with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a family friendly atmosphere. Very quiet.
