The hotel is very clean the service was very good. I don't like to reused towels No microwave in room.

Superb

Very clean hotel

Or atleast free coffee.

invested with roaches

some rooms are not maintained clean, no hot water. breakfast is horrible

The rooms were very clean and fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

With it being a Labor Day weekend, rates were reasonable. Room was clean, smelled great, well lit, spacious and the A/C was MAGNIFICENT! Bathroom was decent with ample towels, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash readily available. Thank you!!!! Staff was incredibly friendly, ready to assists with anything needed. I did not access the restaurants available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. No room service available. Only issue I had was paying for parking. The parking was covered for a couple of days, but I needed to pay an additional day. Overall, great stay. Will return if I need peace and quiet for a quick get away!

Exceptional

Great place to stay!

Our room was large and clean. I love the two king bed option instead of two queens. The location was easy access to DNP and the shopping we were in town to do. My only complaint was the $15 charge for parking on property overnight. I didn’t read closely enough when I booked, I guess, so it was a surprise when we got there. We got a great deal on the room, so I maybe would have stayed there anyway. But generally speaking, I don’t like to pay to park at hotels in Texas where it’s definitely not the norm like it might be in other areas of the country.

I had to wait at least 20 mins for the front desk to figure out how to check me inn. Terrible customer service, $20 fee for parking I will never go back to the hotel.

Location, staff, property Paid parking

Paid parking

Room was clean and ready upon arrival and check in. Hotel was a little confusing to navigate

Good location Usually a nice place

Great location. Quiet. Amazing staff!

No maid service after my first day. Had to ask for clean towels, but they didn't clean the room or make the bed. Also, it's a long walk from the front desk to the elevators. Park on the side if you are not staying on the first floor.
