The bed was comfy. Room was clean. Very disappointed after driving all day in the heat that the pool (the reason we chose the hotel) was not working. Also the oatmeal was very watery and that is what I always like for breakfast. Probably will not choose this location next time.

Great beds Quality of Breakfast foods was low. Nothing fresh except fruit. Eggs were bad. Too many added artificial flavorings.

Nice, updated, clean & staff was very personal able. The beds were uncomfortable. I stay at Hamptons for their comfortable beds. These were lumpy & uncomfortable. The top bedding was vey scratchy on my skins. I was disappointed in the comfort We couldn't figure out the TV, volume to be exact. It was very low and trying to adjust it the only other setting was to mute.

Could not utilize streaming apps like Netflix on the TV

We booked a special king suite with a hot tub. However, when we arrived they told me there were no rooms with hot tubs. I asked it it showed I paid extra and he said yes, but that was on me. Nothing he could do about it. We book several hotels each year and I will never return to a Hampton Inn.
