The description of the room and Private hot tub are as far from reality as anything I have ever seen !! I even used the ask a question service about the spa like hot tube and it said all rooms have them! It was a tiny bathtub next to the toilet! Very disappointed !! Holes in the ceiling of the bathroom. The parking lot was filled with pot holes and dirt.

Horrible, la propiedad está en pésimas condiciones, calles de la propiedad destruidas, paredes de las habitaciones sucias y dañadas, puertas igual, baños sucios por viejos, camas en mal estado sábanas viejas y desgastadas. Para el precio que se paga, la estancia está fallando demasiado.

I am calling for a refund. The toilet was broken, dirty stinky blanket, they say every room has a hot tub your lucky the tub doesn't fall through the floor. Terrible not safe

Tried to take a shower, I got a super tiny stream of water. Got switched to a different room. Ac didn’t work. Had a fan on the night stand. Lamps were all broken and inoperable. The parking lot was full of huge pot holes. No ice machine. Do not recommend for that price. Horrible.

There were no amenities such as ice. The room was good sized and quiet (surprisingly since is so close to the interstate). The toilet was nasty around it. The framing around the door is coming off. But the beds were comfy and I slept good

Poor they need a update bad. Dresser drawer hanging off. Gaping hole in the sink. Roaches and dirty. Toliet flooded the room. Very poor quality.

If there’s anyone available with a bulldozer please come knock this bug infested building down. I think I even saw a bug crawl out the guy at the front desk mouth. Do not waste your time or money. There are better and cheaper hotels only a block away.

The preporty is not kept. The entire place needs to get renovated. For an emergency stay it's ok. For the price I pay it was awful.

This property is not price worth. Too many issues at the rooms. poor maintenance. That's why they have a not flexible booking policy.

Can hear neighbors and people outside all night and paint tearing off wall

Absolutely disgusting facility. Roaches in the room, front door has evidence of being kicked in. Definitely don’t want to put your family in there!

Smelled like cigarettes upon entry. Burn holes in blanket. Lack of outlets. Burn marks all over tub. Waited an hour to get receipt from front desk.

This place needs help makes one wonder what the hell is going on where there money they are making off these sky high higher than ever AI boom prices . If you ain't buying at least a shower curtain for your guest to take a shower. That's if you can even get the water turn on knob to function. I've been in this place along time back and hell it was bad then kinda but not like it is now and that's crazy to say. They need to put some money into their place or it's not gonna be a business before too long at least keep the decent looking some paint and for christ sakes a damn shower curtain would be nice ..

.room #2 was not ready with the bed undone dirty. We got a 3rd room. #3 toilet did not flush. And the shower didn't drain. I.would stay under the bridge. Would be a better choice.

Did not get the room that I asked for, asked to switch rooms I was told I couldn’t. Pot holes on the property was terrible coming in and out. Room wss disgusting, sheets were not comfortable. I had a door in my room leading to i dont know what. Tv didnt work. Wi-Fi didnt work. All just awful DO NOT recommend.
