We arrived at night so it was difficult to find the hotel. Rooms were comfortable. Disappointed to find dishwasher full of dishes. No water given to Hilton Honors member upon check-in. The two bottles in the room were for purchase. Most surprising was the green apples were not wrapped for sanitary purposes. We always stay at Hiltons and never encountered that.

Location, decor, quiet, breakfast. The air handler in the pool area was obnoxious.

This hotel is very clean and the staff is extremely helpful (they got us a cot and pot to boil pasta and they arrived within 5 minutes of asking. The breakfast - as others have mentioned - is a robust selection and fresh. The area where the hotel is located is also very convenient (there’s a Shaws and Fresh Market within 5 minute walk)

Great hotel in a nice area. Crib provided was a pack and play that had holes in it… perhaps it’s time to upgrade a vital baby item if offering to visitors.
