Sonesta ES Suites Burlington VT

Good location and hot breakfast Room in disrepair, paint peeling, bathroom sink backing up, staff often not at front desk, another person was trying to call number provided but no answer, hot breakfast had few options and ran out multiple times. Following is a prime example of the tenor of the stay. We arrived at breakfast they did not have eggs, could not find anyone in the kitchen, went to front desk, who then let the kitchen staff know, they made more eggs, enough for 2 people, but the were over 20 people in dining area. So the eggs ran out in about 30 seconds. The cook came out again and was shocked the eggs were out…

Location was sketchy. Room was extremely unclean. The whole stay was not good

Our room was comfortable and cozy. Hotel is right off interstate and centrally located between Burlington and Stowe.

Easy to find. Stains on floor. Old grinds in the coffee maker. Low water pressure.

Great location, and nice overall design with quite a bit of privacy. They do allow pets, and there were a few dogs nearby who woofed occasionally, but were fine at night. Breakfast is nice. Staff friendly.

I am please with everything thank you.

Good value for the price. The facility needs a bit of love.

The full kitchen facilities Just older without upkeep. We were on a lower level & could hear the people above us.

It was a nice stay. Bed was comfortable and there was a lot of space. The kitchen was great too. I enjoyed my 6 night stay and will book again in the future

Great space, clean and bed very comfortable. Parking was tight.

I can not rate the facility itself or the staff because my reservation was cancelled due to "mechanical issues" at 1:00 pm on the day that I was due to stay, and the hotel representative that called me told me that he couldn't give me a refund because I paid through Booking.com. Booking.com just told me that they can't give me a refund because I didn't contact them until the following day. I am not sure which business profited from the money that I paid, but it looks like I can not trust Sonesta ES Suites Burlington or Booking.com for my reservations in the future.

Superb

The location was also convenient. A half a mile to virtually anything you would need and walkable. Six mile drive into Burlington and being right off the interstate made the rest of my travels easy. The pool had good accessible hours however I wish that it had been heated.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was the size of a studio apartment and well cared for.

Had a single king size bed room. VERY surprised to see a full sized fridge, sink, oven and kitchen table. Overall room was perfect for what I needed. For my room, I lucked out being on the 1st floor and it was SO close to the parking lot it was great. I had a lot of gear to load up and the short trip was a bonus. Otherwise, for the price and what it had in the room, I'll go back for sure. I didn't watch tv due to my schedule, but the tv is off center from the couch. It should be center. Minor, stupid thing to complain about I know, but it throws the room off a bit.

Superb

large brown stain in bathtub and nothing was done after I complained about it. Cobwebs all over the windowsills and on the balcony which was really not usable. Strange smell in the room. Coffee at breakfast must have had some kind of additive and tasted strange. Tall weeds all around the property. Hot tub not usable. Gym was dusty and had old cups sitting around.
