The room was dirty. Beds not changed. Toilet had urine and poo on it. Asked for the room to be re-cleaned and sheets changed. Never happened. Told me I should change the sheets on my own with not enough sheets for both beds. Toilet was never cleaned. I had to clean it myself with antibacterial wipes. Horrible. Horrible experience ce.

Dirty and unclean property that is not at all well maintained. Stay away from this place

Breakfast is very basic.

Conveniently located. Room temperature was good; I like it on the chilly side. Room was not totally clean. Dirty cup lid and tips under the bench.

Room was sufficient- bathroom ok- no exhaust fan when showering- great water pressure but tub drain couldn't keep up so pooled some but did drain ok after shower turned off. Shower current rod not secure in wall so curtain get sliding open. Room was quiet and conducive to good sleep. Breakfast was fairly decent with multiple options. Coffee was good.

The floor lamp was unplugged next to the bed, which made so sense because there was no plug there unless it was behind the bed and inaccessible. Little things like this are avoidable inconveniences that become super annoying, especially when I'm unwell and traveling with a disabled elder. Staff at check-in and check-out were friendly, professional and helpful.

Decent breakfast fare for a chain motel.

Overall, this was a great place to stay for the price. Staff and breakfast were great. The carpet in the room was damp and smelled like they had just cleaned it and there were fruit flies in the room.

Location & a continental breakfast was offered & there was a water filling station. A/C worked great! Carpets are old & filthy looking. Bathroom fixtures were w/rust. Bath tub was patched. Tv should be placed on the wall to better view. Overall the hotel needs an overhaul & a good cleaning. It felt icky & that one didn't want to touch anything.

Room looked clean but sheets didn’t feel clean, room had a weird smell, eggs tasted like powdered eggs. Staff was friendly and courteous and parking was good.

We booked this location because it was advertised to have an indoor pool. When we arrived we found out the pool had been closed for several years. False advertising on booking. com......feel cheated. Otherwise everything else was good with no issues.

Staff was available for a very late check-in

Staff was nice and check-in was smooth. Breakfast "egg" fold w/cheese was cold and terrible. Room was clean and "smoke free" but had stale smoke smell that was covered up with a bottle of Febreze. Lobby furniture is worn. Carpets are worn. Flower beds need to be weeded. Building is ready for a make-over.

The rooms were not clean. First room we were given was open when we got to it like room was still dirty. Staff moved us to a different room and the room was dirty too. Hairs in shower. Pubic hair on toilet. White stain on chair in room. Table had sticky stuff on it. Microwave looked like hadnt been wiped out in weeks. Very unacceptable. Cleanliness not good. But the front desk people were very nice and understanding.

The carpet is disgusting. The room smelled horrible. The bedsheets had stains. Everything there was okd and dingy. The pictures on the website is nothing compared to the reality. Don't waste your time and money

The location was very convenient for our stay.

1st Room was never cleaned before stay. Had to switch rooms.New room had broken towel rod, part of the wall falling apart. Blood on blanket. Staff was awful. Only would refund $--- for room change inconvenience. Lied about conditions even w/ pictures.

We were told there were bedbugs in one of the rooms.

Our room laboratory sink would not drain. The heat and air conditioner was not working properly and were not cool so our room was one of the worst. I’ve been in in quite sometime.

Toilette not clean. Sheets not clean.
