Hyatt Place Chicago/Naperville/Warrenville

Two of the 3 elevators were not working. You had the option of using the freight elevator which did help. There was only one person working the bar, taking orders and serving the restaurant area. She was hustling and kept her cool but you couldn’t help but feel sorry for her.

Our 5 day stay was fantastic. A well operated hotel.

They didnt take our towels and replace them we had to go to find a worker and ask to get us more,our tv didnt work and we complained twice , our key stopped working after 3 hours of being there, there was rust in the tub it wasnt a pleasant experience I wouldn’t recommend staying again

Great fitness center! Ideal location to ORD as you only have to walk 500 or so feet. A little bit expensive but worth it as a splurge.

The TV didn’t work. Staff was semi helpful. I stayed in the same property a year ago with the same issues. I forgot and booked it again. I won’t make the same mistake again.

The keys didn’t work properly. We went on the front desk and got it fixed right away. Bathroom is small but everything you need is there. Love the breakfast, pool, cleanliness and the room. Will definitely come back.

The carpet in my room was so dirty I had to obtain sheets to put on the floor to walk on. The staff was accommodating about this problem but I payed for a room with a clean carpet, a basic minimal expectation. The breakfast was not the usual fare, but contained some delicious and varied choices.
