I wish the pool would have still been open as it was 90+ degrees outside. Breakfast was AMAZING!

The closeness to Baylor

Nice spacious room. Staff is no help. Not sure room was completely cleaned, hairs everywhere including bed. Bathroom faucet was broke and hard to drain, filled up just brushing your teeth. Old contact found next to bed. Zero room service, asked for more t.p., never arrived.

Very nice , very clean with a friendly staff
-
Love their bed! Clean; room had everything we needed. Noisy…from freeway & AC.
-
It was clean and the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good. Nothing

Great location with the Silos being a short walk (less than 1/2 a mile) away. Really nice, big room, great breakfast…everything was great except the staff. The front desk staff needs some customer service training, but overlooking that, excellent stay, good price, overall definitely a repeat stay in the future! BTW, kitchen lady was kind and helpful!

Very nice

Clean room, just wish there had been a luggage rack. Parking good. Location great if going to Magnolia property. Breakfast was perfect!

The worst hotel experience I ever had. Never received my $100 deposit back. Trash everywhere & dirty towels. Highly recommend never going back, sadly I had to for work & guess what? Never received my 2nd for the week. Now I need to call my bank. DO NOT STAY HERE. Many homeless people living outside in parking lot too

We enjoyed our trip and stay.

Everything was clean breakfast was good

Very nice hotel. New, clean, good working order. Room was quite spacious. Had a nice sitting area and a comfortable desk with plugs and a light to work at. Good room if you need to work at a desk during your stay. Breakfast was upper end of average for a low/moderate priced hotel room. Would definitely stay here again.
-
Breakfast was fresh. Had mini waffles, pork sausage, eggs, oatmeal with toppings, bagels, cereal and juice. And some limited fruit bowl.
-
I loved the size of the room and how clean it was.

I had my dog with me and I inspected because I didn’t want him eating stuff off the floor. There a couple of broken chips. I didn’t realize it till I saw my dog eating it. Around the air vents was really dirty or moldy. I took pictures. Our door looked like someone spilled coffee on it and was never cleaned. Even the days that we were there. You would think they would see it and wipe it down. Outside trash in the flower beds. Blind was ripped

The room was clean aand we had a good nights rest

The service was horrible. Front desk clerks were rude and unprofessional in EVERY interaction. I called about extending my stay and was told that the hotel was completely booked and they were unable to do so. I checked online and was able to get a additional room for the day i needed. The pool was murky and cloudy so we did not swim in it. Kitchen staff was understaffed. Everything kept running out. There only seemed to be one person working the breakfast.
