Hotel Indigo WACO - BAYLOR by IHG

Lots, restaurant bar area and service stood out the best. AC went out when going to bed, very inconvenient, fortunately it was a relatively easy fix. But bad timing.

Wonderful stay!

When I stayed at the Indigo, the building and staff were excellent. No complaints there. My one objection concerned the wifi. Trying to follow the instructions to log in was clumsy and unimpressive. I never got logged in the the hotel wifi--I had to use my own iPhone to get online to exchange a few emails. I was told at the desk to contact the hotel's IT department, but it took too long to set things up. I had hoped to watch some podcasts on my iPad. Oh well. Otherwise it gets my recommendation.

Big spacious, comfortable and clean. Lots of construction under way, but that’s not permanent. Very good hotel.

With shout outs to our server Taryn, excellent service, knowledgeable & on point. And to Chef David, everything from appetizers to main course and dessert were beautifully served, expertly cooked with amazing flavors.

Spacious rooms. Great vibe. Cute little pool for an evening dip. Appreciated the on-site bar and restaurant. Location was easy to navigate from.

The staff were extremely helpful and the rooms were particularly clean! (Their showers are especially nice!) A little pricey, but well worth what you're getting.

Best stay in Waco. The rooms are large, clean, and quiet. The beds are so extremely comfortable. The check in was very easy and the staff is beyond helpful. Recommend going to the bar for a nightcap. The bartenders are really great and make incredible drinks.
