Nice place to stay. Clean and conveniently located.

Perfect for my husband and I to participate in the tri events that weekend

The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the river. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Loved our quick overnight here, would definitely stay again

Hitel was ok, I guess they're in the process of remodeling the hotel which is fine but like in our room the A/C was overly loud and couldn't sleep well, other than that , staff was very helpful, cleaning lady was really good, and the ladies at the breakfas buffet were very nice and helpful.

This hotel is a no go!!! First they are in the middle of construction. I choose the second nicest room then when I get there they said since the update construction started that room is no longer available. So then they tried to out me in the cheapest worst room. That was not good. Finally they put me in a small king suite. There is no place to get anything to eat or drink on the property after breakfast until dinner. I mean nothing the snack bar does not sell anything because they said after the update they were not taught how to use the new pos. So I have to door dash something to drink. We had one elevator out of three working. So you spent most of your time in a rickety pirate of trash that smelled like hydronic fluid. Didn’t feel safe or clean or comfortable at the whole property. I would steer clear! Completely a thumbs down I would give it a 1 out of 10 and will never stay there again. Seems like most of the Hilton properties are way old and worn out and just crappy!!

It was in a great location. We could walk out the door and walk on the bridge, and to restaurants and shops. The room was clean and we enjoyed the pool.

Hotel is still completing final stages of construction so a bit of dust and some gates still in the parking lot. Overall the improvements are great - from somebody that has been to this property several times. Always the most friendly staff willing to make the stay amazing. Thank you!

Nice upgrades in progress!

This was a really nice property. They are remodeling and so it’s not as clean as it can be but not anyone’s fault. The new look is gorgeous. I particularly like the lighting and the tile. Parking is difficult during the renovation and they were down to one elevator but feel like that will improve.

Good day

Overall good experience. It was under construction, so only drawback.

The Hotel is going through a remodel, the staff was very helpful, but it was still some confusion . I am hoping that next year when we have our annual School that the hotel is back to normal
-
I wish they would have told us the restaurant was closed, or that they were under construction and you had to use a different entrance that wasn’t very well marked. But once we got past that, everything was great. My wife loved it…,,,So of course, I loved it too. Will be back!

It was so loud the AC kept kicking on and off and it was very loud. I understand they’re doing construction, but it was just not a good experience at all.

Nice
-
Unsafe conditions with exposed wires hanging out of walls, unsafe elevators, the list goes on.
-
The staff made great efforts to be sure everyone was comfortable, and the housekeeping was excellent. Once their construction project is complete this will be a great place to stay.

Very good view of the fireworks

Location and most staff members were nice. No hot water for showers. Pool wasn’t very clean. Took forever to get in door with card. Pretty noisy from traffic outside on highway. Breakfast was limited.
