Beds were very comfortable and room was cozy and quiet. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean except found some hair in shower from a previous quest. Overall cleanliness was good. Breakfast was from 7 to 9. We went at 8 and everything was almost gone, would have expected them to refill things so all guests could eat. Food that was left tasted old. Minor complaints in the overall rating.

Te staff was awesome. There was nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel is not clean. My room kind of smelled like cigarettes and the outside is dirty. There was hair all over the sink and shower. I'm glad my stay was only one night; otherwise, I would have checked out.

I was very satisfied with my stay; the room was in great shape and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back again.

Hotel should of been much cheaper. I spent 550 for 4 nights. Should of been like 350. Hair in my bathtub. No one from house keeping came to clean the room not once.

The breakfast was earlier and short duration. After traveling and hoping for more sleep, we had to dash because it closes at 9am. Unreasonable. Breakfast.

The bed was a little uncomfortable. The tile floor had a slippery feel to them, kind of like a chemical.

It was clean. The odd parking and the poor caulking repair on the bath tub

Thank you Best Western Center Inn staff in Virginia Beach, VA for a truly wonderful experience! Our room was very clean and well prepared for our girls weekend stay although I must say the floors in our room #139 weren't clean. They are LVF and obviously hadn't been maintained. They were very gritty and we had to keep our shoes or socks on at all times. No, we didn't report this to management or housekeeping as it was a very small inconvenience. The staff were amazing and extremely attentive to our needs. We were treated as though we were old friends returning home for a visit. Thank you again Best Western Center Inn. There were 3 of us so that makes it a 15 star visit. You gals rock it!!
