Staybridge Suites Norfolk Airport by IHG

Excellent suite, 10/10

Great overall. Enjoyed the stay

The room had a few cleanliness issues as previously mentioned (although the property as a whole was well maintained). A group of guests a couple doors down made a night-time ruckus BUT my husband brought it up to staff and it was taken care of quickly. Much appreciated.

This a nice hotel. It has free breakfast every morning but its just ok. Their chicken waffles are good. The major con about this hotel is if the people in the room above you are walking around and you're a light sleeper you will be awaken.

We had an issue with our booking the staff was extremely helpful and even gave us a better room food was amazing

My guest and I were very pleased and satisfied with our clean suite and the staff were very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable.

Breakfast was great. The facility was really clean.

Exceptional

The staff was incredible and friendly from the moment we called to notify that we were going to have a late check in. The property was spotless. The room was large, clean and amazing. I have stayed in many hotels for work and pleasure. This is by far the nicest hotel. Thank you.

I didn’t like that you charged me 75.00 in case I added something to my bill. Not a classy thing to do!

Breakfasts with a variety of choices. Two evening gatherings with food. FREE parking but limited space. I will stay again.

The staff members were very cordial and friendly as well as helpful. Outlets everywhere! Breakfasts with a variety of choices. Two evening gatherings with food. FREE parking but limited spaces. I will stay again!

Amazing stay. Staff so polite and hospitable. Loved the room features.

The entire property was clean the breakfast was great. The atmosphere at the hotel is calming facility contemporary. Location lovely and proximity to the outlets just right.

Very clean Every thing was perfect

Perfect stay!!

Very clean hotel

Love it! I’d stay here every time I come to VA

Breakfast wasn’t that warm.

Breakfast was very good. We were traveling to a family beach home in eastern NC and this was a great stopover along our route on the coastal route. Clean, very attractive and pleasant staff.
