Hotel Renovo Des Moines Urbandale,Tapestry Collection Hilton

We were greeted with an early check in with excellence and guidance to our rooms and parking with ease. The breakfast served was everything you could ask for to start you day, and plenty of comfortable seating in the dining area. If you did not fill yourself it was a shame on you. We will look forward to out next stay which our room was located beside a relaxing pool/ hot tub and seating area. Ours room was daily checked on and spic and span. Thank you for our stay Renovoe staff. Kudos to you for caring.

The building and rooms seem fairly recently renovated, with a nice open lobby and breakfast area. The staff were helpful with our concerns and our room was available even though we arrived to town early before our scheduled check-in time. The location is convenient if you’re in the West Des Moines/Grimes areas. My kid left a bag of chips open on the bedside table and within 30 minutes it was crawling with ants. We got that sorted, but then had a group of kids literally screaming in the room next to us well past any reasonable bedtime. To be fair it was ok for a bit because the loud music from the restaurant next door almost drowned it out—until that stopped at 10p. Conveniently we didn’t need to use our 6:30 wake up alarms because the restaurant music starts up again promptly at 6am.

Not one thing, it was great

Everything was excellent Not one thing, it was great

Good place

Air conditioner sounded like an airplane at take-off. Not a fan of the bed. Not sure if it was the room we were in or is this standard throughout the hotel.

This is our 3rd time staying at Hotel Renevo and each time as been a pleasant experience. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and the hotel is always clean and inviting.

vary good maybe new toilet seat

Good access to Des Moines Big pool, a little bit deeper (5 ft instead of 4’9”) Comfortable king bed Good breakfast! Side door entrance to hotel was broken, anybody can get in without a key.

Superb

Staff was amazing. Pool area was great.

Nice pool and hot tub area. Great breakfast. We will definitely stay here again!

nna

Location in relationship to my event was good and the bed firmness was good. My pillow smelled like sweaty old man and teenage kids were yelling and slamming doors throughout the night until 4 am

Would 100% stay here again for our trips to Iowa.

Everything More breakfast variety

Very clean. The pull out bed is horrible.

Clean property, great staff (especially the bartender! He was awesome!), and great location! Highly recommended :)

Very good

Amazing, small, clean, beautiful hotel! The staff were all very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend.
