Sheraton Tucson Hotel and Suites

Hotel has been updated. Very nice clean rooms. Good variety for breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Location was good Had to put up with AI at booking.com for two weeks to get a refund for a mistake on my reservation, very frustrating!

I loved this hotel , very nice and clean. Lots of extras and the beds were the best

Ice machine was across the courtyard, around the swimming pool and up to the 2nd floor. Is it a Sheraton? Is it a Mariott Bonvoy? No clue.

Enjoyed the stay.

Clean and comfy room, friendly staff. Didn't use the pool but it was decently large. Breakfast was excellent. Appreciated the central AC. For great Mexican good, try Amelia's Mexican Kitchen just down the road.

The room was big, cute and clean. The bed was a large king and comfy with nice sheets and pillows. It was pretty quiet and private. thankful for coffee in the room, Starbucks even! A/C nice and cool. The waiter in the restaraunt was very helpful and made extra effort. My only issue was that there was some loud clicking sound periodically that I never figured out the source of and woke me up a couple times.

Avoid the Glow Bal restaurant. Hamburger was inedible, pizza is likely warmed up frozen. Got out or just go to bed hungry.

Stayed overnight after surgery. Hotel was clean, staff were wonderful. Sad that there was no restaurant in hotel open earlier than 5. Hotel comped an appetizer and drink there but I was already sawing logs. Bed was very comfy; no foreign body odor smells on the linens. Could not get the lights on each side of the bed to turn on, so had to rely on one across the room. Also, the light on the desk did not work. Disappointed that the hotel only offered direct tv to view. I could not locate info on how to connect to Wi-Fi, and lack of light in the room was the main issue. In spite of all the minutiae, I’d definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was excellent! The attendants were very efficient and were quick to offer anything that you might need. I was very impressed! We had some sleeping discomfort with the pillows. They were plush for sitting up in bed, but a little to thick to comfortably hold my head.

Nice stay and good pool .

One comment would be that we were surprised how early maintenance crew started working. Very loud before 8 am

The hotel receptionist, Katie, was exceptionally helpful. My wife and I initially chose the Sheraton Tucson Hotel and Suites due to its close proximity to the surgery center where my wife was going to have cataract surgery. Unfortunately, she had an adverse reaction (nausea) to the medication she received prior to the surgery and it had to be cancelled. Katie went out of her way to help find us a room as soon as one became available due to my wife's condition. The room was great, the staff is exceptionable, and the breakfast was great.

Women is the front desk is not helping Hotel is very nice

The room was too dirty, had nail clippings on the bed, old gummy bears on the floor and potato chips in the couches. staff let us move while checked other rooms found that none were clean, there was old deodorant caps, dirty floor, mouse poop on the floor

Jasmine was excellent at the Front Desk for check in!!! Loved her smile and 'can do' attitude when I asked for an upgraded room (and an increase in room rate as would be expected). The 4 star for cleanliness was directed to the outdoor area by the pool as I felt it should be better maintained and be more welcoming. We were in the Club and enjoyed our complimentary drink - but the appetizer offering was comical. I chose the Ceasar salad - the dressing was truly lacking any flavor. My friend chose the 2 chicken wings - delicious. But should have had a better presentation with some celery... and should have been 3 wings at least. And really, to serve bread and butter ? Really? At least make the description more appealing. "Cheese plate' at least describe the cheeses and crackers And the drinks 'Choose any draft beer on tap' House wine - name the wines available. Have it one of the black tablets - being handed the unadorned piece of paper really made us feel like second class citizens.... especially after viewing the other drink/food menu.. Our room - a suite was really comfortable. Loved the bedding was amazing.

Like comfortable room and facilities.
