The shower made a horrid creaking sound, the toilets stopped flushing and they told us to “reach in and push the button”. DISGUSTING.

The property was very nice and well maintained, however it was very noisy. We stayed there Friday afternoon to Sunday. Friday night there were people talking loudly and screaming in the middle of the night. The bed wasn't especially comfortable. Saturday night we had to call the front desk at 10:30pm because people were talking loudly and shouting 😑.

We stayed here twice had a lot of issues with left belongings in our room, broken TV, etc. not the nicest area either there are homeless people who migrate around the hotel to charge their devices. The staff especially the property manager has a really dark energy. I would try a different hotel for the price this really isn’t worth it.

Stayed at this hotel on our first leg of biking the Erie Canal Trail. Hotel is not far off the trail and room was very clean, room was very quiet and breakfast was very generous. My only complaint is that the shower head pressure was pretty weak.
