awful. The room had dirty underwear & an empty bottle in the corner when we checked in. The smell of trash was horrible & we discovered it was because the room next to ours was a room full of trash bags

I booked double bedroom and when i went there was none available despite my prior booking. The staff was not helpful at all. would not recommend at all.

installations are old even if they try to renovate and smell like bathroom the rooms are not cleaning a lot of dust, AC not working properly and all surface feel sticky. The wallpaper were tear down. And they stole my security deposit

When I arrived, the parking lot was littered with trash and empty alcohol bottles. Check in was at 3, I arrived at 3:20. My room was not ready until 4:30. The place is only getting an extra star because they did give me 20% off for the inconvenience. While waiting for my room, a mold removing company arrived and loudly announced what room(s) they would be working in. In my room, the floor was dirty. Dirt was visible on the ground, and was tracked throughout the room. On the last night, my key stopped working. I sat at the front desk for 20 minutes, calling and ringing the bell. Finally, a worker came up, grabbed my key and rolled her eyes. I told them the issue, she fixed it and slammed it back on the counter.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! I have never seen anything like it. I had to sleep in my rental car. This room was paid in full three weeks prior. Now I’m left with pursuing a refund….. this is UNBELIEVABLE! I will never never never book a stay in an Extended stay 6 Hotel.

Studio 6 Extended Stay Buffalo provided an unforgettable experience with its rooftop infinity pool and panoramic city views. The breakfast buffet offered international options, rooms were spacious, and building security systems were clearly modern.

I booked this hotel, showed up to check in... they "overbooked" and had no rooms available. No worker. Just signs on the window. Absolutely ridiculous. Never again will I book with this hotel. Luckily I was able to find somewhere else.

It had an elevator We were told on Booking.com that it would supply breakfast, and it did not, it smelled really bad everywhere in the whole building, a fight broke out next-door, and we felt unsafe, it was dirty, and the floors were slimy. In the morning when we were trying to look for the breakfast, we were supposed to be provided. We couldn’t even find a staff member. There was a sign of the dark reception desk that don’t bother coming in because the rooms are full, and even if you have a room, they couldn’t accommodate and call the booking place and get a full refund and that was the morning after we had stayed overnight, there was nobody there. It was totally dark.

I didn’t even stay the night it was so dirty. I slept at airport instead.

How can I rate anything when I got there I was told there is no room left and it was a mistake by Expedia to book me there

Firstly, the cost was not the same as my reservation, I was charged extra fees. They have a sign at the front desk that says that booking sites are aware of additional fees that they charge you at the hotel check in, not the deposit actual fees for cleaning the rooms if you are there less than a week. After paying said fee Room was dirty, fridge had stuff in it, staff tried to accommodate us to a new room but all rooms were disgusting. Didn’t cancel because you get stuck paying the first night anyway but didn’t stay a second night. Also no one there after 10 pm so many people waited in the lobby and had no way to check in.

Studio 6 Extended Stay Buffalo Amherst NY created a perfect getaway with its infinity pool and cabana service. The turndown chocolates, newspaper delivery, and nightly entertainment were wonderful. Appreciated the secure keycard access system used.
