I got there early and my room wasn't ready yet, which I knew it wouldn't be. The gal at the front desk was super friendly and personal. She got me into a room as soon as one was ready. The property was clean and the room was comfy.

Old old facilities. A bit clean but bad choice for business travellers. Better to stay with 4-star or 5-star for few dollar difference.

I did see roaches in the place. Mainly in the bathroom, so I left the light on in there to keep them away. I did see one in the bedroom, as I was getting ready to leave and terminated It's s existence with the others fromthe bathroom. In total about 10 or 12, some of them are very small and hard to see, that's the ones you need to be careful of. You do not want an infestation of German roaches. They really need to get a professional exterminator in there. Overall the location was great the room was clean, air condition worked well, very good hot water, bring you some cups because they had none in the room, and I will suggest that you put any food items in the refrigerator.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Room smelled horrible. The bed was horrible. I could go in and on…

The 1st room issued to us the door would not unlock the lady at the front desk at check-in was nice and kind got us assigned to a new room. Observed needle caps in the rocks outside of lower rooms. The elevator was out of service. No glasses or anything in room. In the morning at 915 going for check out and grab and go breakfast, there was nothing and we could not get coffee or juice, the front desk attendant was a different female who was extremely rude. I won’t go back. Horrible all the surrounding buildings were closed establishments. Horrible experience. Everything!!!!

After checking in we went to our room and as soon as we opened the door, we were hit with the strong smell of mold. I walked around the room and noticed mold all on the ceiling as well as the top of the bathroom door. I immediately went back to the front desk to let them know that there was mold and that I wasn't staying. The guy didn't even flinch when I told him which tells me that he already knew and obviously didn't care. I asked to be refunded since I wasn't staying and still haven't gotten my money back a month later! I've been calling and no one will answer the phone!

Fairly cheap in comparison to most hotels nearby. Only about a 30 minute walk to the Cynthia but that can be quite a bit in the heat. The room was very spacious. Some good food nearby - about a 15 minutes walk away. Staff were disinterested and borderline impolite. The elevator didn't work. The room was clean but had some dirty bits around for example a dirty toilet and showerhead. The ceiling was rotting in some places and even some mould. The air vent for the shower looks like it is about to fall out the ceiling and everything around it is peeling off. The edges of all the mirrors were rusted. None of the doors shut properly so you effectively have to slam the entrance door so it actually shuts, and that doesn't work first time every time. We found a piercing on the floor and all the bedsheets looked like they had been drawn on by children.

I like the location of the place if you are visiting The Woodlands It was not very clean—the amenities were in poor condition. Also, it says Breakfast included, but it wasn't a breakfast, just Muffins and watery coffee.
