Days Inn by Wyndham Shenandoah

They had no hot water the AC was infested with roaches and they are trying to run fraud scans on people that book rooms and charge them for things that they didn't even do

The floor was so filthy that walking around in my socks turned the bottom of them gray/brown. There was a large dead cockroach floating in the toilet. The bathtub looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. ( this is no joke. I took pictures of all of it). When I checked in they didn’t tell me the hot water heater for the building was out of order and I didn’t find out until the next morning when I had to take a shower and shave for a early meeting. I had to take a cold one. When I got back later and told them I was going somewhere else to stay i told them why and that I took pictures of it all. I tried to show them the pictures and was told that I didn’t have to show and that they believe me. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with Days Inn hotels. I would not recommend Days Inn to anyone. And I will probably tell everyone I know this story, and anyone else who will listen.

I am normally easy going about hotels but this was probably the worst hotel stay I have had. We specifically booked it for the jacuzzi tub. Once we got in our room, we learned the jets didn't work and maintenance wouldn't fix it until we checked out. We also had no hot water during our stay. When we called the front office, we were told it was temporary as they were working on it. There was still no hot water when we checked out. The room was big but that was about all the positive I could give it.

Terrible breakfast, if you could breakfasts, a pot of coffee snd ONE bagel. Smelling linen

The room was not very clean. Highway sounds are very audible from the rooms. If you're looking for something clean and quiet this may not be the place for you but it is quite budget friendly.

I liked nothing! One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. There was NO hot water for the whole hotel and staff knew that upon checkin and failed to tell me. I also told them it was my birthday and they could have told me before I checked in to make my experience better. Sheets were dirty and I broke out all over my back. I had to change my key so many times because it wouldn’t work for my room. Staff is very unfriendly and wasn’t willing to work with me when I explained my bad experience. I will never use this hotel again.

No hot water in shower or sink.

They currently have no hot water, they haven’t for a week or two according to the property across the street. They do not tell you this until after you check in. We were not told until after we checked in and we had trouble with the room key.

No hot water real ghetto and bed bugs and roaches

Do not stay at this property. There was no hot water to take a shower. The staff was not helpful, especially the lady at the front desk. No ice. The ice machine was down and the room was disgusting.

Property is run down. We got in our room and found it only had 1 towel and the front door didn’t lock. We tried leaving and the door would open without using a key. We got a new room and found out that night there was not hot water. The staff was nice, but the property is terrible.

Nothing The manager was extremely rude. When I tried to check in around 3:30, I couldn’t find her. I looked everywhere, even behind the counter. When she finally did show up, she completely ignored me until I asked are you gonna wait on me? He said if you’re gonna have that attitude, you ought to go somewhere else. And so that’s exactly what I did. I went to a super eight down the street. And even though I didn’t stay there, I got a bill for $57 on my credit card. I’d like to get that money back if it’s possible.

No coffee pot in the room. No blow dryer. Free breakfast was coffee and bagels, only

I cancelled my reservation but was still charged on my credit card

Room was musky smelling, floor was not vacuumed, NO HOT WATER IN SHOWER OR SINK! Save your money and sleep under an overpass. It will be cleaner!

not well maintained at all

No light bulb in lamp No plate on outlet No ice bucket or machine Had to go to office Morning breakfast Bagel and coffee nit even water And you were asked to empty your Trash can No glasses in room if you wanted A drink of water I know this sounds petty But after a long day of driving This was a aggravation I expect more out of a motel with Wyndham associated withdisappointed

No maid service no trash, service roaches no towels no drinks in the machine downstairs filthy dirty bathroom shower curtain, black mold on the walls and they didn’t care. Nobody should stay at this hotel no hot water.
