There was roaches in both rooms we stayed in. I even bought my own roach killer and it only slow them down. Too much things goes on in this property.

There was no breakfast. Location was all right. Some of the cabinet doors were broken. There was like musty smell.

Customer service! After paying a $50 deposit plus 61.00 for this room, I didn’t feel comfortable when I seen a baby roaches and there where to many people hangout! I didn’t fan that comfortable!

I checked out of the hotel within 30 to 45 minutes because this property is infested with German roaches. They gave me my refund promised the full refund and I’ve only gotten partial. I tried to go to the front desk to make a payment because I was told I have until 3am to pay and the office was locked for over 5 hours with a sign saying use phone next to the office for after hours help and no one answered nor helped. I was hungry up on multiple times when I tried to extend my stay and confirm my reservation. I was given a key to a 2 bedroom room and was told had to leave and was dnr on allotel 6 for payoyfor 2 weeks to stay there and they took my money and made me leave. Now I'm having problems getting my security deposit back. I will never recommend this organization to anyone ever.huge disappointment. There was only one girl that helped at the front desk she had braids and work in the early morning sweet girl wish I remembered her name

Staff was helpful, rooms were clean, only thing they need to fix is getting the wifi connection to reach in deadspots on the property. Some of the rooms have poor wifi which is why we had to switch rooms. Also housekeeping should report to management that some of the tvs have screen malfunction and need to be replaced. But all in all it is a great stay

Because I had already a bad experience one time at this location but she Anna turned it all around.. great customer service it's just wonderful to be there in that you guys have somebody like that.. Thank you very much.! That definitely me makes me come back and want to come back
