Nothing My room I booked for myself and 2 kids smelled like urine, the entire room smelled horrible. We tried to endure the smell and get use to it but it was unbearable

Easy check-in, competent, and friendly staff A bit worn in some spots, but nothing I couldn’t overlook A bit more variety on the breakfast would be good, but I do understand. Also, they could use some more appliances. One bagel toaster for 20 people just won’t cut it. The pancake maker was broken the whole time we were there.

Room was clean, great layout. Staff helpful and friendly. Great kitchen in the room if you need one. Didn't like the free breakfast. No real tea (Lipton Is not tea). No yogurt or fruit. Scrambled runny eggs only, many empty containers, so maybe bring your own oatmeal and hard boiled eggs so you can have a good breakfast in your room.

Beware there is a $150 deposit that is non-negotiable and can take up to 2 weeks to get back and is not clearly stated. Rooms are gorgeous and very comfy, price is fair however every dish is counted.

I was quite pleasantly surprised for low cost I paid for what I got. My room was enormous, it had a full kitchen (full refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher), couch, queen size bed and plenty of extra space. There was also a hot breakfast everyday with plenty of options (eggs, potatos, ssausage, breads, yogurt, cereal, juice, and pancakes. The only downside is it was dine in only, however, they were kind enough to accomodate me as I was not well a couple days and needed to be in my room. The staff were all very nice. The hotel is located 1/2 a block from the Arizona Mills Mall. There are a couple places to eat near there, a Home Depot directly across the street. I would not consider it a run down hotel. I would only caution those that can't use the stairs, as there is no elevator, make sure to request in advance a first floor room.

Staff was very courteous, helpful and friendly. Very helpful when arranging for another night. Very patient and helpful when giving directions to my other destination to my appointments.

The property grounds were filthy there was trash walking up to my room the pool was filthy and not usable as was the jacuzzi. The rooms however were clean and very spacious. And the breakfast was good with a lot of variety.

Room was great. Breakfast was horrible. Overall, one of my better stays at this hotel.

Great place my son loves to visit. The water was scolding hot in the building my son was in and we were not able to shower during the stay.

Air con was broken fixed and broke again and again
