If I could give it a zero I would.

Worst hotel I ever stayed at
-
Old location, helpful staff. Needs major remodelling unfortunately.
-
run down.

Its unfortunate that this hotel and the ones in close proximity raise their prices to unbelievable heights when they know FSU and FAMU parents are coming. And it is painfully obvios not a dime goes back into the care of the property. From damaged roof tiles, slick tile floors because there was too much soap in the mop mix. Over perfumed to hide the under tones of mold. A off road course of un-even payment and pot holes. $381 for a damp, slick, old room. Insulting. No. I didn’t go to management. No, i didn’t complain. My first time staying here. Nothing like the photos. All the hotels in this 1-10/Monroe corner are like this.

The hotel is in poor condition and clearly deteriorated. The cleanliness was very disappointing — my room and common areas were not properly maintained. I would not stay here again.
-
The property is in desperate need of upgrades. Also, the photos on the site should make clear that the property is a motel rather than a hotel. The room smelled funny, and the property was very loud. I found out too late that the property was in a part of town called “Prostitute’s Row.”

Holes on walls Very dirty every where inside and outside of the room Very and extremely smoke stinks Air Conditioning very and extremely noisy and no cool
-
The entire hotel a scene from a scary movie from the minute you walked into the lobby to opening your dorm. Everything smells like mold and cigarettes combined. My room had spiderwebs in the ceiling hanging from the lights. Bathroom doors dirty, floor was dirty, with large juice spots everywhere, although could have been wine. Broken footboards , possibly due to humidity and mold. Would not recommend anyone staying here. Neighbor was also in a terrible area.

Do not stay here!!!
-
The lobby was dirty without lounging area . I couldn’t get early check in due to no clean rooms available. I couldn’t get my money back. Pool was overwhelmed by people. I went across the street to Quality Inn. SO GLAD I DID!

The room was old and musty smelling. The toilet and bathtub had stains. The area where the floor met the walls was falling apart. Not a pleasant experience.

service, Staff is very profecional and accomodating
-
Very poor set up staff didn't know there room layout
-
The parking lot is very tight for the amount of rooms on the property. When I got to my room, there were dead roaches throughout the room, including the bathroom. The mat that was in the tub was extremely moldy and looked as if it had not been replaced in a long time. When I got back to my car, I found a roach on my bag which I can only assume was from the room.

It was dirty. TV did not work desk phone was just setting there no cords exhaust fan did not work, everything was damp
-
The bed was comfortable This certain one gives all of the others a bad name. The room was in need of repairs. There were roaches crawling around. Broken up concrete in walkway. Not a very safe feeling for staying. Stayed in one last month Hattiesburg and was very pleased.. this one was a disgrace.

I booked the hotel and I ended having a really important issue last minute that I was able to make it to the hotel and the hotel didn’t give me a single dollar back at all, really disappointed

No hot water for shower, lukewarm at best. No milk for cereal. Could really use some upgrades. Essentials seemed to be watered down (shampoo, body wash. No conditioner, bottle completely empty. No clock, burned out light bulbs. Had an odd odor did not smell fresh as a hotel/motel. Thank you for the stay. Should have taken photos. Looks to be a very old facility.
