Room was very large and clean.

The staff was ride when we got there. We ended up paying the$100.00 deposit in cash. Don't ever do this. They took a picture of a cigarette butt that was on the floor that had never been lit and took every bit of the $100.00 dollar deposit. I think they actually stole it. They told the other person they gave it to me I never receive it or signed anything.

Couldn’t find breakfast

There was no hot water and the rooms are very dated. No iron in the room and one hanger. A very expensive stay for parent’s weekend and not worth the money I paid

This hotel was poorly maintained! I had a leaking AC unit. I notified the front desk and they said maintenance fixed but we came back to a room that had no AC. The carpet had a wet circle ring around the AC & the front door. They did not offer me a new room. They said no manager was on duty the whole weekend and it was parents weekend booked hotel! How do you not have a manager on duty? I asked for a refund as we slept in our humid bedroom with a moist mattress. We had an awful night and they did nothing to accommodate us. No refund, no discount. Not even a manager to speak too. Also, the cleanliness was terrible. The mattress had mold on it. I would not recommend staying here. It needs a complete renovation!

Great location. Great staff and very clean. Breakfast was very simple. Just yogurt and muffins.

The sheets were not clean. We had to request new ones. The tub was not clean. There was dust on all of the lamps.

Keep low expectations. Just a place to sleep . We had no choice . It was parents weekend . Limited options . Days inn very expensive for worn out property

Rooms are regularly attended by staff who seem to be hard working. Towels were switched out daily and touch up cleaning was done. This particular hotel has an inside main building as well as outside of building rooms. I was given 2 outside rooms. I have stayed there several times over the past5 years because Tallahassee is home to us and my mom lives close by. We were never disappointed when given an inside the main building room and when I asked why we were given outside rooms the desk clerk said those are the rooms we give to third party reservation guests. I felt like we didn't deserve an interior room. Now, room quality in our outside rooms was not up to our standards. The comforter was clean and white, but the white sheets were not crisp and were discolored from so many washings. Our towels seemed washed but looked very old. There was no softness left to them. Most of all the shower didn't work! In both rooms! The front desk said to click the little lever on the shower head, nothing happened. Haven't had a tub bath in a hotel in like never! We weren't told of any breakfast being served. Needless to say, I am being very generous in giving our stay at this hotel (a Wyndham Hotel) a score of FAIR. As a long time Wyndham Rewards member & Resort owner, their standards are not being met at this hotel.

price was good. place was a dump and in disrepair. it used to be nice when it was a Ramada no coffee or cups at breakfast. snack bars for breakfast. had to ask for water which was warm. oh and cockroaches running around my room in the morninig.

Very spacious room - I was able to spread out and relax very easily. The shower and bathroom were clean with readily available hot water. Everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast could have had a little more variety. Perhaps an option for toast with some spreads available would be better. I like cereals for breakfast - so that option would have been good too.

Nothing Old, dirty, smelly, discussing!

The yogurt felt warm … would not eat Other offering not really a breakfast But there was value in the price
