Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Tallahassee-University Area, FL

Only one power outlet worked in the bedroom and none worked in the bathroom. No linen, pillows or blanket for the fold-out bed. I had to go to the front desk for those items. Reservation was for three adults and two young children but only enough towels for two people. Other than that, breakfast was good and the room price was inexpensive.

I stayed there because is was cheap and that's what I got. Needed renovation. Only a burger king in walking distance. Kind of a dodgy area. Staff was fine. Don't know about breakfast because it doesn't start til 6:30

Pillows were amazing. Everything was great. I would have liked some Water in the lobby along with the coffee.

Beds were cozy, location great and staff was friendly. Rooms were dirty and falling apart. Killed two cock roaches in our room. Two more were in the ceiling right outside our door. When I reported the dirty room and roaches, the staff said they would alert a manager.

The building looked lovely from the outside. The lobby and pool looked nice and inviting. Check in was efficient and friendly. On the surface the place looks nice and it is a good location, just be mindful it is tucked behind a few other hotels There was a rather large roach on the ceiling as we were walking down the hallway to find our room. The handle of the toilet was badly broke and it was a game to flush the toilet. There were no charging ports or even outlets near the bed to charge devices. The pillows were a little small and lumpy. If you actually stopped and looked you would easily find the visible signs of age or needed upkeep the rooms could use a modern touch up

Good breakfast. Second time staying there. Has a little moldy smell when you first enter the property, but the room was clean and smelled okay.

Very nice overnight stay. Clean with great bkfast options and a MUCH better deal and location than the chain hotel I had tried to walk in and book after a long day of driving. Traveled with kids and felt safe and welcomed

This hotel was in very poor condition. There were stains on the mattress cover. The beds were uncomfortable and they give you three small pillows that were absolutely horrible. The cabinet holding the mini fridge was missing a door and had major water damage. A worker knocked on our door and stated that the bathroom was leaking water and barged into the room to check. The person staying in the room above us sounded like they weighed 300 lbs and were stomping every time they walked around. We stayed for two nights and the maids never came to our room on the second day to clean or ask if we needed anything. The treadmill was broken. The whole hotel needs some major repairs and upkeep. We will not be back.

I can say is not just your hotel that is cutting on amenities but I preferred it when the ameneties were in a bottle not attached to a wall. That is my personal preference. If I forgot to put on lotion, I could take it to the bedroom and apply it sitting down etc... All in all, it was a good experience. I did however want to mention that the elevator makes very strange noises and it kind of jumps when it gets on the next floor. Oher than that, it was a good stay.

There were so many problems with cleanliness in our room, I don’t know where to start. Giving a 1-star rating for this hotel is being generous. Aside from the unsanitary room, I will also add that the breakfast is horrible.

The elevator is extremely noisy in your room. Is there the elevator constant beeping an early morning of the elevator going up and down other than the noise from the elevator everything else was fine.

I try using your coffee maker but never worked plus there was a used coffee packette in the machine. That was a turn off for me. I never try to complete task after that. Just remember to check everything when cleaning up.
