Staff was so helpful and accommodating! Loved the view and the breakfast.

3rd floor view of the Sound was beautiful, watching the sunset on the Olympic mountains and the ferry boats. Had seals outside the window. Wonderful walking trails for folks using mobility devices. The rooms were a comfortable temperature and the beds were great. As a larger person even the chairs in the room were nice. Breakfast was ok. The staff, Selena, was wonderful and a great help. We had a medical emergency requiring being transported to hospital and due to that had to stay an extra day. She gave us a reduced rate for the additional day and was able to show the paramedics where to go. Housekeeping staff were friendly and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. There was nothing we had an issue with there.

We loved the night view of harbor lights glittering across the dark water all around this hotel, but the golden sunrise view the next morning was the showstopper! It was gorgeous. Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed and a nice breakfast with delicious sausage gravy biscuits. (There were lighter options for those who aren't breakfast piggies like us!) Location is great, just down the street from a row of great waterfront restaurants and an easy drive from the airport. Great walking trail along the water easily accessible from hotel. Our first Silver Cloud experience was exceptional. My only dislike was the elevator. It was quite slow, with waits of up to 5 minutes, and there was only one elevator. With mobility issues, we couldn't easily take the stairs instead, as many guests did. But compared to all that we loved about the lodging, the slow elevator was not such a big deal.

The location and breakfast were wonderful! Our room had a toilet issue and the credit was very poor for our trouble .
