Restaurant choices were great. Staff were friendly. The room was comfortable, but no mini fridge or table or desk. My ‘water view’ was a peekaboo view over a parking lot and dumpsters. The elevator wasn’t working and the WiFi was super weak. Breakfast room service was ok, but didn’t have tea, or even hot water for tea (coffee only), and no salt, pepper, or ketchup was provided.

This hotel was very fun. Rooms were clean and cute

The property has such a fun mix of art and dining. Every few feet was a new thing to stop and enjoy. The bars were fun, including the Vault. Which was fun to hunt for. This place has a history and i experiance some unexplained paranormal moments but every old building is haunted. So it was fitting. NA

Excellent people at the front desk. My only complaint is the type of music and the volume (very loud) at breakfast. I don’t want to have to compete with opera music when talking.

Print a map of the facility before you go. We parked in the public lot below the hotel, went in the first door we found and ended up traversing 4 floors before we found the check in desk. Other than exit signs, there is very little direction. Staff is very helpful.

Great place! We had a blast. It was clean and the staff are pleasant. It’s quite the experience with all the restaurants and bars. We’ll be back!

Decor was fabulous! Bed was comfortable. Inside rooms without windows to outside. Very expensive. Not enough help at the breakfast restaurant.

Very electric and artsy vibe but not intimidating. Very inclusive. Clean room, comfortable bed. Not standard or corporate. A mini adventure!

Very interesting place. Lots of history. Great breakfast and dinner. The only downside is lack of parking. But, even with that, I would stay there again.
