They always welcome you with a big smile

So after a brisk walk outside, I ended up falling due to the downline of the street. Cut up my face, my mouth, my hand and my knee when I came inside the hotel they did not have a medical kit available. No medical supplies only offered Band-Aids, not even alcohol wipes. I was told that I can go to the hospital or call 911 and get an ambulance…. Just because of that factor I would really give a poor rating. I’ve never heard of a hotel not having a medical kit in case there’s an accident. So I have to remember if I fall or one of my kids falls and scrape their knees. I can either call 911 or go to the hospital which was down the street on my next visit. Thank you but no thank you.

Paid for parking and bar wasn’t open late.

The room was well kept and very clean but complimentary toiletries were sparse (had to be bought) and the walls were thin as we could hear footsteps and doors being shut from our floor as well as the floor above us. Despite this I would still come back due to its proximity to the Tacoma Dome and how comfortable the beds were to sleep in. Thank you, staff at the Hilton Garden Inn, for such a warm welcome!

Good location downtown to restaurants and only 10 minutes from Point Defiance park. Clean hotel and secure parking too is nice perk.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is nicely appointed. The facility is safe and secure. Location is perfect for me to visit family living nearby. I stay at this location whenever I am in town, which is usually 2 to 3 times a year. I always get a good nights sleep at this hotel. Nothing

This was truly one of the best stays I’ve had recently. Now I was in town vehicle shopping and was only staying over for some much needed R&R. All I can say is I stayed on the 6th floor facing the parking garage. It was so quiet!! My bed was so comfortable..my husband and I had a wonderful (and strong 😏) huckleberry lemon drop in their nice clean bar by the entrance and the bartender waitress was so nice and attentive. We ubered to the casino (though I wish I would have tried the short ribs at the hotel) which was close and came back for the most sound comfortable needed night of rest. This was also 1/3 of the price of the casino. I’m a nurse and if I pick up shifts in Tacoma I’ll definitely be staying here again hands down.

Room? Lovely and well arranged. Foyer coffee at 8am? Not so good. There is pay to eat breakfast. It’s so near the glass bridge you can walk!!!

The two-bedroom suite we stayed in was just what we needed. It was very quiet and clean. The location was great. We went to a wedding at Brown's Point and it was very easy to get there. The breakfast they served was fine. The room temperature was freezing. I kept having to change the thermostat. I was staying with my in-laws and they are in their mid-80s and needed the room warmer. First they offered us a different room but we didn't want to move - we wanted the room warmer. My in-laws complained that the toilet seat was too low and the bed too high.
