Hampton Inn St. Louis-Downtown (At the Gateway Arch)

Great Breakfast. Have stayed here several times over the years and always a clean room. Once there was an issue with the toilet. Called the desk told them. I went out for dinner and the issues was corrected by the time I returned. I don't like the fact you pay for the parking. $30 a night and its there garage for the hotel. Seems a bit high to me. Also the water pressure for the tub was way to strong and it was coming out of the shower head where it shouldn't. Had to adjust to keep from spraying up on the ceiling.

Paula at the front desk was amazing! Felt save in the private parking garage. Everything needed a key to get in, to keep random outsiders from entering.

We have stayed at this Hampton multiple times in the past couple years. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to Busch Stadium. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Our room is clean. The breakfast is good especially the orange juice. The breakfast staff is always there to help. We highly recommend this property.

The staff are SO NICE. It was our first time at this location and so it was confusing with the key card needed to access everything but that was for security. We felt safe! :) The rooms are nice and clean. It was a short stay this time, but very nice. We will stay there the next time we are in the city. :)

Nice that it is walking distance to the Arch. Appreciated the river view.

We loved the distance to the Dome.

This hotel was rated high for the arch and I paid extra for a view from the room. Windows were so dirty to even enjoy the view. I would not stay here again nor recommend anyone too. Unfriendly front desk. Breakfast okay but staff nice. Hotel run down. Bathroom poor design and impossible for more than one person. Ac worked occasionally. It was kind of away from most.

The Hotel Was Very Accommodating As Far As The Location , The Pay Rates , And The This That It Offered . I Loved The Fact That Parking Was Secured . Room Was Very Clean , Staff Was Very Nice I Should’ve Gotten A Bigger Room But That Was My Fault
