Beautiful hotel and location. It's next to a park, pond and waterfall that are lit up with lights at night. Shaded lounge areas in the park. Jogging trail around the pond. Hotel was beautiful and staff where amazing.

The inside and outside of this hotel were fabulous. All the green space outside, along with all the water features made it awesome!

First time in Houston and the facilities were great. We arrived early from a flight from Honolulu and the staff was so helpful and allowed us to check in early with no penalties. The room was clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. Staff was helpful. The valets were super friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

I felt so uncomfortable and insulted that I left and informed the the front desk bc about the incident. They didn't do anything about it I think I should get the refund
