Great place to stay , staff are very knowledgeable and friendly!

Lines were long. Desk staff seemed confused a lot. Key system went down and they had difficulty reprogramming keys.

It was very clean and friendly. They do not offer a free complimentary breakfast. They charge $17.95 per person, and it's the same food you would typically get at most hotels that provide free breakfast. Also, the room we stayed in, you either took a cold shower or a hot shower. No matter how far you moved the shower handle up it would not go let any warmer, until you turned it as far as you could go, and then it was hot.

We only stayed one night, but everything was quick and easy, the staff was very friendly, and we had a great stay!

Room was clean...staff was great...buffet was expensive for the selection

Property had a good vibe. Our bathroom had mold in it which was a disappointment. Rooms were clean other than that. Bring your cube if you do t have usb style phone charger as charging ports are out dated.

Proximity to Spring TX was excellent.

People were smoking right next to the door so when i went outside to retrieve my vehicle I walked into a bunch of disgusting cigarette smoke. Two small bags of chips and a soda cost $15 which was ridiculous. Seriously overpriced. He curtains didn’t clear all the way so light came straight through. However the staff was friendly and accommodating and the comforter was really nice.
