Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Spring Houston N

Only thing on hotels.com it says smoking rooms or non-smoking rooms. I pick smoking rooms when I get there. They say they don’t have smoking rooms. Something they need to be adjust so a person can decide if he wants to stay or not specially, if we already paid online for a smoking room.

Room was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful!!

Very friendly and helpful staff!!!

Clean nice and quiet i would stay here again...although the room is reserved said kitchenette there was no kitchenette there is no breakfast no hair dryer and no pool

Good

So dirty I could not stay. I was only in room less than an hr before I found somewhere else to stay. I wasn’t offered a partial refund or anything. The guy at front desk was nice so I just left peacefully out of $80 Everything could’ve been better

Awesome place to stay Everything was so wonderful

Great service and thr room was clean

They do not have a pool . They don’t have breakfast. In the rooms there’s a hot plate on the stove top

Clean room and convenient location. Friendly service. No shampoo in the room, unfortunately.

Very good

Exceptional

Plus sides: fridge worked , AC worked , microwave although very small worked, water got hot , large easy parking , HEB right down the street. Very cheap. If all you need is a cheap bed for whatever reason this place will do. If you’re looking for the diamond in the rough hotel that has the 4 start experience for the one star price point your search continues cuz this ain’t it.

Poor

It was a pleasant stay. Only thing is I couldn't get the TV to change stations.

Staff was really nice. Room was comfortable. We needed a downstairs room. We have a hard time with stairs. They made sure they put us downstairs, and close to office. No complaints.

Superb
