Loose grout above new plastic tub, rust on fan vent near full length mirror, lumpy floor under carpeting in hall and room. Nice clean room, nice tv’s, great tv stations for games and rainy days, comfortable rooms, nice and helpful staff, great ocean front location. I would return.

Great location,steps away from the beach. Friendly, helpful staff! Wonderful heated outdoor pool and hot tub! Heated indoor pool, kind of chilly! Great location to Main Street and sight seeing!

The most important thing to me was that the hot tub was hot enough. I enjoyed it. The next time I would get a suite on the first floor, as it was too much making the stairs for my husband and I.

Clerk at check in was lovely and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious however sound was an issue, we could hear every step that the people in the room above us took which was quite disruptive. Pool and hot tub were clean and quiet and beach front was incredible.

I love that it’s right on the ocean. The pool, hot tub & outdoor fireplace were a great bonus. Plenty of beach chairs available to relax on the private beach. It was nice have a suite with kitchenette. Bathroom was a little dated. Definitely could use an upgrade.

Everything about this property was wonderful. Right on the beach plus an outdoor pool and hot tub. It was a great location. The room was very spacious with an upstairs loft with a balcony the looked over the beach. Everything was clean.

Such a beautiful calm to spend the weekend. Everyone was amazing.

Ocean front room BOOKING OCEAN FRONT ROOM THROUGH YOUR WEBSITE,,,UPON ARRIVAL THEY OFFERED SOMETHING TOTALLY DIFFERENT,,,AFTER TALKING WITH MANAGER HE RELUCTANTLY GAVE US ROOM I HAD ALREADY BOOKED THROUGH YOUR WEBSITE,,,AND HAD BALLS TO CHARGE ME ANOTHER 100 DOLLARS TO GET THAT ROOM ,,THAT I ALREADY BOOKED,,SMFH

We came to Cape Cod to see the beaches and ocean. We booked a room at a hotel with a sea view. It really is a motel meaning it is a drive up your car to be near your room and when we looked directly out of our room we looked at cars. You need to step out on the balcony and turn 90 degrees to look at the sea view way off in the distance. We paid almost $500 a night in September to look at cars. It was advertised as a sea view room. We would never stay here again. The management would do nothing about changing our room.

A wonderful find in Yarmouth. Great accommodations with easy access to the beach for morning walks.

Location was great and loved the 2 floor rooms! Very spacious! Thought we had an ocean view but part of the building jetted out and blocked the entire view. That was disappointing!!
