My stay was fine

We had inner room- no window to the outside. The air conditioner did not work. It was miserable. One of my worst experiences in a hotel room.

The room wasnt maintained. The breakfast was very overpriced, it had a more limited selection than a complimentary Comfort Inn meal, and had nobody keeping the few things they offer available. The quality of the stay was reminiscent of an old Turnpike Motel, thought one could argue at least the motel has some charm to it. Very disappointing to have selected this hotel.

Too expensive. Crumbs and paper clip on floor. Not vacuumed the 2nd day. 1 ply toilet paper. Worn things in room. Chips out of floor in bathroom. Breakfast only fair. Food not especially hot. Would not return.

On three nights stay, we had stay two nights with non-working bath-tub. On repeated request no action was taken by fixing the problem or moving to the different room. On the third day, one front desk staff finally moved us to the another room. Through expedia, I tried to communicate the manager, but he didn't reach out to me even though he supposed to call me. Terrible experience.

Rooms were nice but need better maintenance and cleaning

Worst hotel shower experience of my life. It was leaking everywhere and caused a puddle. Also the side cabinet had some very concerning looking stains on the inside near the hinges.

Very nice and close to everything

The staff when i was checking in where nice and helpful, however the room smelled like pee the moment i walked in. The restroom had cracks and also stunk. I got dressed and left and stopped at the front desk and told them to spray the room since it had a bad smell they said they would then 2 hours later i came back and nobody had came. I called the front desk again and they said they will send someone they never did. The bed was loud and had a weird stain on the blanket. When check out in the morning housekeeping came in at 10am even though i hadn’t checked out and checkout isn’t until 12. Not a great experience.

The rooms are dirty, old facility with rusty cracked tub, hair stuck to shower wall, cracked, poorly patched old tile, wrinkled dirty carpet, hair in what was supposed to be a clean towel, cheap stained thin towels. Everything poor overall. Would never go there again.

Room smelled and ac didn’t work. Made multiple complaints and have the messages to prove it. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The staff were wonderful!! The best part of this hotel for me is that it was Handicapped Accessible for everything including Pool and Hottubs and Doors. The Handicap shower even drains right such a hard thing for hotels to understand. Bar Louies was great food and so was Breakfast also the Pool was heated nicely.

Good and room for improvement

My husband and I came to this hotel based off the reviews and was highly disappointed. The rooms wasn’t as clean as described. The bathroom was dirty and the drain stopper was out of the tub. The sheets smelled like maple syrup. I will not be coming back.

Good experience. Hot tub was a cool amenity. Room was nice and clean and the staff was above average. Would definitely stay again.

One of the better places I've stayed at. The hot tub in the pool area was a little dirty but other than that, I don't have any complaints.
