Clean room and breakfast was great

Nice pool and spacious rooms! Good location and trailer parking! Building itself older and getting dingy but will stay here again next trip to Sioux Falls

I kept getting lost around the hotel but that’s my own fault. There is maps everywhere, I’m just not Lewis or Clark.

Could use better signage as the property is very large and a little confusing. Also would be helpful to have tools in the pool area. You had to go to the front desk to get them and as I said, the property is large and confusing so it was very inconvenient to do that.

The stay was pleasant. The breakfast was great.

Higher priced for what I got, but must pay for the water park which is very nice for kids. Workout room was OK, machines worked properly.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at your property. The pool area was so much fun. Well maintained and clean. Food in the bar and grill was good. And a decent breakfast bar.

Everything great staff great area for the kids and are room was huge we had a blast The pull out sofa bed sinked in when sat on was a big deal

Property had a little moisture situation going on! But other than that, it was EXCELLENT and the on-site restaurant had shockingly EXCELLENT food, perfectly seasoned for everything i ordered!!!

We love the pools and family friendly suites! The stay would be perfect if the breakfast had biscuits and gravy!

Nice, clean room. Fun water park for the grandkids. Good breakfast buffet. It is a very large, sprawling facility so better hallway signage would be good. Staff was okay but not top notch in terms of friendliness and helpfulness. We would stay here again.

The hotel was clean and quiet, but I think there is something they should improve regarding the pool area. All of the kids’ water features were turned off, including the ground jets and the mushroom fountain, and there were no towels available at the pool. I understand that there were very few guests and that it may have been the off-season, but I don’t think these services should be reduced because of that. The guests who are staying are still paying the full price, so the amenities should be fully available whether the hotel has only a few guests or is completely full. I think this is something the hotel should take into consideration, especially since these water features are an important part of the pool area for families with children.

The pool was great and the breakfast was great as well. Our room had sewage water all over it and we had to move to a different room.
