Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Sidney, NE

Room we paid for was not cleaned had to take a cheaper room. The room was dirty and had broken glass in carpet in our room. Horrible stay. I would not recommend

Our room smelled like burnt rubber when we arrived. This was somewhat remedied by turning the temperature on the window hvac from 86 down to a reasonable temperature. In the bathroom the liquid shower soap was empty. The shower head was in disrepair and sprayed a wild pattern but worked. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean, most things were out of stock on the hot breakfast by 8 am but I did enjoy hot potatoes and an egg. The “hot” tea water was cold.

I stay here quite often when I come see my grandkids they love the pool because it's open later then anybody else but this last stay the hot tub is still out of service and the pool was extremely cold my grand daughter was purple I made her get out other then that the breakfast was good room was clean and very large, staff was nice

There was an odor when entering the property. No locks on outside doors into hotel. There was a ball of hair in bathroom, carpet dirty, sheets and towels had holes in them. Was scared to try breakfast. Left at 530am due to not feeling safe.

No body wash in shower. Tear in bed sheet. Windows were filthy. Could not see out. Only one bed light in between beds. Room was located almost at the end of hall way away from front. Many rooms had doors open all night with cleaning carts in hallway.

Dirty rooms, tried second room and it was dirty as well with pee and poop stains on comforter with opened soap on bathtub. So gross

Tub no handles. Coffee maker in room couldn’t use because no cups and holder for coffee didn’t fit. Crack in bathroom sink!!

When we first arrived at our room (118) we discovered the door was propped open by the security bar, which prevented it from closing and locking. This was concerning, as the room could have been accessed by anyone, though fortunately, it was empty. The bathtub, shower walls, and shower head are in need of thorough deep cleaning to remove excessive accumulated soap scum and lime scale. The toilet could have also been cleaned a bit better. There was no shower curtain in our bathroom. Breakfast was okay. Not much to choose from, but better than nothing.

We left because we tried two rooms and neither had been cleaned and beds were unmade. The hall was dirty and carpets needed to be vacuumed and shampooed.

This place was horrible. The hallway had an awful smell. The room was terrible. They did terrible job cleaning because the beds had hair on the sheets and pillows. The bathroom has hair on the floor. If I can give it zero star I would.

It took more than 30 minutes to get keys that worked, we were finally given manager keys. The room was filthy! There was a yogurt container under the table from a previous occupant. The floors were dirty and poorly vacuumed. The shower was dirty and the drain was clogged. The water was luke warm at best. I asked to speak to someone and was told there was no manager on site. I asked for a call back to adress these considerable issues and a week later, still no call. I will never stay there again!

Stained carpets, unlocked entry doors, smelly room

I would never stay here again. Dirty had to change rooms mold, photos look way better than the property. Horrible experience. No need to respond.

The front desk rep was great! Randy was super friendly, made me feel comfortable, and even upgraded my room. Next time I come back to Sidney I’ll def be staying here again.

Price was acceptable aco Breakfast was below average and no variety

The toilet was dirty and not cleaned, fire detector was hanging from ceiling, Carpet in the room had many stains on them. It needed to be carpet cleaned. Also, there were no tissues. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was decent. I would not recommend this place. The pictures lied. The outside of the place looked like noone was staying there. I would not recommend this place.

My room was clean amd comfortable. Front desk people were fast, friendly and helpful. I needed a room to stay and relax in and this was a nice place

Our room was nice and roomy, 3 adults 2 kids, 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper and the room was huge compared to other hotels. It was so nice. We had to ask for extra bedding for the sofa sleeper and the front desk staff brought it right to the room. They were so nice! Everything was really great.
