Clean room. Staff was exceptional!

Everything appeared very clean , staff was very friendly and helpful.

Easy checkin, clean room, pretty comfortable bed. Good breakfast with eggs and sausage and other options.

Shower could use some attention

The room was spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning was controlled by a thermostat on the wall. The bathroom has a walk- in shower that is comfortably sized.

From the reviews, I was expecting a much cleaner hotel. It was a pretty cheap stay, but if I'd have paid much more I might have made a stink about how visibly dirty the walls and doors were. Good breakfast, friendly staff, but needs a deep clean.

Not sure how this hotel was rated so high, to be honest. I've always been able to trust these reviews until now. It just wasn't clean. The doors of each room as you walk down the hall are dirty. The walls in the room were dirty. Bathroom door dirty. We didn't find evidence of bugs or anything, it just needs an overall good deep clean. Also not sure our shower was ever cleaned from the stay before us. There were at least 6 hairs in it, and the glass shower door was cloudy. We didn't complain...as I'm not sure switching rooms would have really helped and we were just there to lay our heads down for a quick night of sleep. Staff was friendly enough, breakfast was good, but it needs a really good cleaning in the rooms and hallways.

Breakfast had no hot food at 8:40. Shutting down early. Had to go to McDonalds.

The location is great, right off I80. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Overall a very good room for the value. The elevator made very loud noises and shook when stopping on our floor. The air conditioner rattled all night, waking us occasionally.

Staff was friendly.

Location It was dirty and smelled terrible. There was stuff on the carpet so I couldn’t walk barefoot in our room. Beds were uncomfortable and since there were some dead bugs on carpet, I didn’t sleep well since I was concerned about potential for other bugs. Also, they wanted a $100 additional deposit for “incidentals.” I’m not sure what the incidentals were that they were concerned about since there wasn’t a restaurant or potential for in-room extra purchases. I will never stay there again.

Issue with ac unit being overly loud and sounding like it was struggling to keep room cool

Great stay as usual, at least once a year this is our stop on the way to see family. Clean room and friendly staff.

Easy to get to and then back on to the highway. Very spacious. Great room for a cat to roam. Desk clerk was amazing, I saw her run up & down stairs to provide services to guests.

The Lobby/ common area is well laid out, as well as the room, with everything you need. The carpeting on the floor of the does need changed.

Stayed for one night. Very convenient location off of I-80. Room was clean, quiet, bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. I recommend to tired travelers who need a break from driving.
