Best experience at a La Quinta and I stay at a lot of them.

Breakfast was excellent, both the food and the coffee. First room had a clogged sink drain. The front desk clerk was very accommodating and got us moved to a different room. We did have safety concerns about parking due to the neighborhood. The interior of the hotel is “tired” and needs updating. Clean but showing its age. We had stayed there in 2023 and it was in better shape and the parking lot felt safer back then.

People were very friendly and always met our needs. Nothing

Overall I would not recommend this hotel.

The look of the room, the pool, waffles. A/C wasn't keeping room cool, toilet leaked every time we flushed it. Reported both, they sent maintenance, said he fixed it, but neither were fixed. Woke up sweating all 4 mornings we were there.

On the day of travel, I received another notification, so I called La Quinta customer service to reconfirm our reservation and payment arrangement. I made every effort to prevent any issues. My mother-in-law arrived without problems. However, when we arrived at approximately 9:30 PM after driving five hours, the receptionist, Elizabeth, informed us that our reservation had been canceled because the card did not go through and the hotel was sold out. I explained that my card is routinely locked for security and reminded her that I had emailed the property and called customer service. Unfortunately, Elizabeth was extremely rude and showed no empathy or concern about my efforts to resolve the issue. We were left without a room on Labor Day weekend late at night. Expedia was also unhelpful; I spoke with three representatives and repeatedly had to explain the situation. Ultimately, we had to find our own room. This was extremely stressful and disappointing. I have never experienced this before.

Great place to stay and relax. Room was clean and comfortable. All staff were helpful and kind. Nice breakfast assortment. Will definitely consider La Quinta for my next stay.

Dried Cat or Dog poop on floor in the room, smelly, hair in the shower. No coffee at breakfast , not hardly and breakfast out available. 2 muffins, 3 yogurts, 2 slices of bread . Did not eat this was 8am. Lady on duty at night rude.

Atmosphere was great the employees were all friendly, the breakfast was good with some good options, pool was clean. No issue with checking in and we came late. Check out was smooth. Would've liked to have a second protein option other than sausage, the hot tub was a little dirty needed to be cleaned a little better, the room could've used some more attention with cleaning behind the beds and under, I always check mattresses and under the mattress was a deodorant container and napkins.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel I would definitely stay again when in the area! Very nice staff, comfortable beds & great linens. The breakfast was great & the area around the pool made it nice to sit outside for a while.

Location Staff was extremely rude. Light fixture in bathroom had water dripping from it. Stains on the bed sheets. Wouldn’t stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at La Quinta! The rooms were very clean, and the shower had plenty of hot water. The staff was excellent—friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hot breakfast was delicious with a nice selection. The hotel itself was beautiful and very well maintained. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay and would definitely stay here again!
