I stayed here for 3 days and definitely enjoyed my stay. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, convenient location and very clean property. My bedroom window faced the pool/recreational area and it got a little loud a couple of nights. Some of the other guests were grilling and enjoying the pool but it didn't bother me as much as I thought it would other people. Otherwise, no complaints.

It was great The TV programs was limited, poor variety. Due o the fact that I travel to Shreveport a lot I love the hotel but I may not choose because of this issue

Exceptional

There were no ubers available so she had to sleep in her car at a truck stop. I drove in from Brandon, MS to pick her up and was going to drop her at the hotel. I called and they said that they put her down as a no show, after I had spoke to someone several times throughout the night about late arrival.

Comfy room, good location The dishes & pots/ pans in kitchen were dirty & greasy. Small curly hairs in tub & nitestand wasn't cleaned after previous guest. Pool was closed / had no water. Eggs in breakfast buffet were the powdered kind. Ice machine was very inconveniently located.

I liked the quick check in, the friendly and welcoming staff, and the good breakfast options. One of the back doors was not working from the outside so we had to walk around to get to where we parked, but it was okay.

The suite was amazing bc of this room ill only book suites from now on. It accommodated all 5 of us perfectly. It was like a mini 2 bedroom apartment. Just perfect I only wish our stay was longer

Not much No cameras, cars got broke into, pool closed even after asking in advance to make sure it was open.

There was a mass system issue where the computer was not working and rooms were not properly assigned according to reservations! Poor receptionist was writing info by hand😳 We should receive a big discount towards another weekend for this inconvenience. Guests were entering rooms that were filled by other guests! It was a nightmare!

The staff was excellent and stayed busy making sure the place was clean and comfortable for the guest .......
