La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Shorewood

Staff was friendly and they had written suggestions for eating options.

Manny, the night clerk, was so pleasant and helpful. We stayed with our small dog, Rusty, and Manny put us in a room on the ground floor next to the side exit so we could easily get outside and walk the dog. Super comfortable room, very pet friendly.

Good stay, well kept! Will stay again

Spacious, clean rooms. Good breakfast.

Excellent in all aspects.

Very clean and cozy. Staff friendly. Accommodations were wonderful.

Great overnight stay. Friendly staff and clean room. The only minor dislike was my room didn’t have much lighting which made it a bit challenging to get ready the next day.

Very poor

very clean, new. staff helpful, breakfast was good and had plentiful options

Great place to stay

This room I was in on 4th floor was not clean up to expectations

I love this hotel so much, its the perfect place to go if you're going to visit anyplace close to Chicago the rooms are cozy and comfortable and the free parking is a plus the staff is phenomenal because these rooms are cleaned so well as if the president is coming to visit...the free breakfast is great always so nice and hot and tastes like a Dennys restaurant breakfast sausagess eggs waffles cereal biscuits etc..for FREE!! And the front desk guy is always always so nice and welcoming after a long hot 3 hours trip from Wisconsin and he's always smiling he sets the entire tone for a great stay at this hotel...im not a employee of this hotel im a real FOREVER customer only that comes to illinois periodically to visit my in-laws in chicago I've been to expensive hotels and didn't feel this comfortable and welcoming...the hotel itself is part of the vacation..even if you stayed in your room all day and didn't go anywhere at all..come to this hotel and see for yourself when visiting the chicago -Joliet illinois area's you won't be disappointed!!!! There never anything that I dont like literally everything is great and the price is very reasonable and affordable

The room was nice and smelled amazing. Very open space. Only con was housekeeping vacuuming at 9 am. A little too early and did interrupt my quiet time honestly. But, overall, I will be booking again soon. Enjoyed my stay!

It was a quick over night stay but it was comfortable, clean and quiet. I have stayed here before hence why I returned

Always clean good breakfast staff good and friendly love staying here when I can just a little bit expensive for me. The price is to expensive for me.
