No hot water at this property I had to take a cold shower and it’s 65 degrees outside. All customers were complaining and they could not fix the issue. The don’t give refunds so stay away from this property it should be shut down

The hotel and my smelled like marijuana. The toilet was dirty. The toilet seat was loose. Stains on the bedding. No extra pillows for the pull out couch.

As always, the breakfast is perfect in the staff is excellent. The room had a bad smell to it that somewhat felt unhealthy and I’m not sure what could be done about it.

The room I booked smelled like puke, the staff was kind and moved our room to one next door but it smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room. There was dead bugs in the toilet bowl and along the windows. It was over $170 for just a single night bit the stay wasnt even worth half that, it was very dissapointing. The breakfast wasnt good either.

I have had to stay in the area at least once a month for several months and it is consistent in everything. Never disappointed. Do not think twice about staying at this Best Western. I rate them every time I stay and it is always 5 stars. Traveling solo female. Never feel unsafe. .
