Property is old and tired.

Overall good but too strong cleaning stuff smell like spray, bothered me whole time. I feel they want to hide bad smell with strong sanitized smell. Good location but don't want to come back because of the smell.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. Bedding was comfortable and the out door courtyard was lovely to relax in with a cold beverage at the end of the day.

Our employee’s flight was delayed and they arrived after midnight for their prepaid room. They had digital cards on their phone and a physical prepaid card with their name on it. They were scheduled to check out in the morning and they were denied their prepaid room because they did not have a physical credit card (they did not want to accept the prepaid card even though it had her name printed on it). Expedia called and was told the employee could complete a request for a refund form. After the call ended the hotel refused to allow them to complete the form. Expedia called back and was told the room fee would not be refunded. We had to book another hotel. Luckily courtyard Marriott nearby was helpful and polite. Do not stay at this hotel

Check in was good. Price was higher than we initially were quoted. Surprised breakfast was not included. Beds were super comfortable and clean rooms. The entire hotel and our room smelled like cigarettes though which was surprising. I am highly allergic to cigarette smoke so it made it hard to sleep. Nice bar area.

Nice staff, clean room, older building

The entire 3rd floor smelled of marijuana. Guest were loud, walls are thin. Blaring TVs. The marijuana smelled seeped into the room and was over powering at times. The no smoking policy should be enforced and should include marijuana. Absolutely do not recommend. The AC in the room could not be adjusted. It was hot and stuffy the entire stay. Front desk did not seem to care and stated they were full so they could not change our room. Be AWARE. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I appreciated that in an emergency situation, I was able to book a room and check in at 2 am. Very thankful for that and the man at the check in desk was so friendly (even at 2 am). Thank you again!

The room was fantastic, comfy bed and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Loved it

The only bad thing about the weekend we stay the jacuzzi is not working but other and that everything else is good
