The room was well appointed, buffet breakfast was just what was needed and appreciated, was great. What I really admired was the person who helped me from the front desk. She actually took the time to program directions on my iPhone to the place I needed to be and without any hesitation whatsoever. She was so helpful, considerate, kind, one of the morning staff, went out of their way for one of their customers, even others who work there deserve accolades that I will remember how the Hampton employs great people. Room was fine except for a shortage of wash cloths, no radio or clock which, sorry to say was lacking cause am used to staying at hotels that have these items, especially the clock, even though I definitely have an iphone, just not the same as seeing the time without having to look for the time on the phone and sometimes like to listen to the radio.

I most enjoyed the pool, lobby and outdoor area. Breakfast had many options, which I appreciate. Staff was helpful, informative & friendly. The bathroom vent didn't work. The shower was stained with rust from the bar and didn't appear clean. The toilet was lower than expected which made it difficult on my knees.

Rooms were a good size, we had 4 people. Pillows were uncomfortable. A couple of people who also stayed over, complained of not getting a good nights sleep due to hotel pillows being uncomfortable .

Staff was excellent Pablo was patient with me and understanding! Thank you Pablo The bathroom, was dirty shower doors was dirty full of calcium, shower floors needs to be scrubbed because my shower floor was black. I have pictures to prove that my bathroom was still dirty. The room was dusty. Someone could’ve went in and refreshed it a little bit as a former housekeeper I understand, but whoever clean the room did a half job.
