Staff was great, room was clean.

Our shower base felt like it was about to break. You could tell it had been repaired before.

Slight smell of mildew in our room. Staff was very friendly. We checked in on Saturday afternoon, planned checkout was Monday morning. The clerk said breakfast was available until 10 everyday because it was a holiday weekend. It was closed on Monday morning at 9:15 am. Maybe they forgot to tell the staff?? Huge disappointment for the kids. An employee did give each of them a yogurt and apologogized. Room had 2 towels upon arrival, there were five of us, went to the front desk requested more. She gave us two additional towels, I asked for another so each of us could have our own towel, she did give it to me but looked concerned. Realized it was the same issue with the wash cloths, went back she seemed really worried. Maybe they have had issues in the past, not sure. Pool was inside and kids didn't like the cold water, but loves the slide.

Convenient location, pretty quiet. Front desk staff was outstanding!

We had to stay here for a couple of nights due to a very bad storm. The front desk clerk was very polite and extremely helpful. I had my elderly mother with me and she made sure to put her on the first floor which I really appreciated. Rooms were clean. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The room itself was fine. The pool was super run down and borderline unsafe. Breakfast was good enough. The place just felt old and run down. No big deal.

The lady checking us in. Friendly and super nice. The room smelled funny (mold?) the doors didn't open all the way or shut correctly. The rooms didn't feel welcoming or cozy. The walls were dirty. The pool looked clean but the pool area was not very clean and well kept. The stairs to the slide were metal and you slipped coming down the stairs if you did not want to go on the slide. Not very safe.

It was a great stay! Samantha was fantastic!

We had a clean room, but hallways and stairwells were dirty. Easy parking, decent breakfast included. We had a great rate so this was adequate.

The gal was super friendly in the breakfast area. The elevator made loud sounds when getting off.

Breakfast foods were improved over previous stays. The king bed was super comfy.

I have traveled to 59 countries and have stayed in hundreds of hotels. This is the finest hotel experience I have ever had the pleasure to experience, mainly on account of the staff, who went above and beyond in ways that could probably only be found here - in Shawnee, Kansas - with these people. The room was also beautiful and the pool simply needs to be experienced, but the whole thing of simply more than the sum of its parts. Thank you.
