Disappointing

Nice funky vibe. Wish there was a better breakfast option.

Entire area was run down, dingy and a tad depressing and this hotel is no exception. Staff was super nice and they offered free drinks and cookies on arrival!

Spacious room, friendly staff and great location, if you’re visiting UW Seattle.

Main benefit is the proximity to UW and restraurants etc. Super easy for College-related visits. EV charging was readily available. Refillable water bottles is a nice touch. I have stayed at this hotel before in nicer rooms. I would not have booked at this price for this particular room. This was a genuinely enormous demand-based mark up on per night costs due to UW move in demand. Coffee at the cafe was meh, I drink espresso straight up, so there's no milk etc to cover up.. Bed was way too soft, I was in enough pain to interfere withe daily activities by the the end of my visit. Room seemed a bit darker and more depressing than others I've stayed in at the same hotel and my sleep was disrupted by surprisingly loud footsteps in the space above late into the night and as early as 5am. I have lived in NY and am familiar with high density living, this was alot... $3k was alot to pay for 5 nights of bad sleep.

This is our favorite hotel to stay at when visiting our daughter at UW Seattle. This time, we had to check w the front desk repeatedly to see if our room was ready, in spite telling them that we were eating the lobby. Further to that the shower pressure was very low and the soap, conditioner and shampoo were very low or just barely came out - other than that - it was a very comfortable room.

Great place to stay, close to the Univ. Of Washington. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

We really liked the hotel and loved the location. Staff was nice and liked the welcome drink. The pricing is so expensive nowadays it’s hard for anybody to go and have a good time with a hotel pricing being that high for a Sunday.

Convenient location to University or to the Link if you want to venture out further. Very clean, great amenities.

Was an amazing stay the room was the spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable loved every moment of it.

Very close to U district train station and UW campus. Big room.

Rooms are well appointed and attractive. We had breakfast at the attached cafe and it was only marginal. Breakfast burrito appeared to be a heated up frozen burrito.

Great hotel loved the little additions in the room like the water bottles. Free coffee and tea in reception. Great location and staff! It would be nice if they had breakfast
