Always love this place

It is very well located with clean rooms and humorous decor. The elevator broke while we were there, which caused some delays. The rooftop has great views.

This is very deceptive because on the Expedia listing, it says the hotel has both so you would expect both to be available. We also asked front desk for daily room cleaning but they only cleaned it once in the 4 nights we stayed. We were compensated with free parking for the night but it was so frustrating hearing empty promises from the workers. The hotel looks nice and the rooms are large but the staff really let this place fall short. Save time and book somewhere else, Seattle is full of hotels with more competent staff.

Nice room, clean and spacious. Wonderful staff. It´s pitty that breakfast is not included. We stayed a week, will return.

There is simply no excuse for such an uncomfortably tiny room in such a pricey and pretentious hotel.

Great location, very friendly staff, and a comfortable room. The shower was a bit low for someone who is not even 6ft, but these are minor issues. Would definitely stay there again.

Extremely nice and helpful staff. I stayed on the 4th floor and it was very quiet ( no noise from the top floor bar or elevator as other travelers described). Perfect location, walkable to everything in U District.

Ed and Kat made the trip extra special. They went out of their way to help. The rooftop bar was great. Our servers Joseph and Charlotte were wonderful.

This hotel is unlike any other place. The decor looks s so amazing. There is little details everywhere and I just wanted to see more. Nothing!
