Overall experience was great. No elevator to bring up luggage that I saw. Room was clean and staff were friendly and professional. Restaurant and bar is great to have since there’s not many restaurants in the area. There’s a gym on the lower floor that kind of hidden. Would come back again next time I’m in town.

I called for the shuttle and I was put on hold for 10 minutes… twice Never did get the shuttle The hallways were smelly and dirty The doors to the rooms had chunks of paint knocked off of them The check in desk was inconvenienced to answer questions Not worth the money!

Loved everything about it

Convenient location. Fire alarm when of many times through the evening but was very faint. I wasn’t sure what it was but saw flashing lights coming through curtains. I kept popping my head out the door. Foreman said stay in the room. Finally I went to the front desk and they said it was an electrical issue. When I said we can here hardly hear it in our room and that my husband slept through it they said there were no alarms in the rooms, just in the hallway. Waited a long time for shuttle at the airport and after getting out early with our luggage to get a seat in shuttle to airport we almost didn’t get on.

If you have door issues. Lift up on the handle instead of down.

El personal es muy amable y atento.

I would suggest the breakfast to have some protein at least, even boiled eggs . Not even one option was served for the 3 days we were there. Otherwise great staff

This wasn’t worth the $150/night I paid. The hotel is very run down and it was right next to the road.

I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel smelled musty and is in dire need of an upgrade.

This property is horrible. Although the staff person at the front desk was very helpful, personable and professional, the property itself was one of the worst I've stayed. From the smell of wet mops throughout the hallways and rooms, to the terrible sound of cars and truck traffic on the road outside, the fire alarm went off at 5 am. In addition, it went off again at 6 am. The room had very poor electrical plugs that could not charge a cell phone or laptop. The beds were awful, springs nearly coming through, not able to get a good night's sleep. Bathroom was clean but old. Bartender was personable. Breakfast OK. They did have a free van to the airport, however, Couldn't leave fast enough. Would never go back to this property near the O'Hare airport. Ugh!

Antioch hotel and suites was a pleasant surprise . Good location

Front desk lady was absolutely amazing! She was so busy with a lobby full of people and the phone ringing non stop and she handled it so professionally and was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was very clean. Didn’t even know when we booked but it had a shuttle to airport that we were able to add on for $15 a day and the shuttle was right on time and dropped off right at our terminal. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others

Breakfast had alot to be desired and was often out of almost everything. There was no meat, or other gluten free options for my friend with celiac other than an apple or orange.
-
We stayed for about 90 minutes between flights! Staff was wonderful our tub had a bubble so we had to be careful showering.
-
Staff are rude not pleasable. Outdated room Water clogged both toilet and tub Dirty linen
-
Rough at best.

La atención en el lobby fue muy buena y, aún más, la atención del restaurante: gentil, en nuestro idioma.
