Comfort Suites Chicago O'Hare Airport

Rooms are ok, tore up couches and chairs, a/c are good, shower is good, overall the hotel needs upgrades, I believe that is what they are working on

This must be a franchise. We stay at comfort Inns often. We've never been at a comfort Inn that was so badly maintained.

Great stay, no issues. Clean and spacious room. Quiet. Check in took a little long. Friendly-ish front staff. Our favorite part was the shuttle!

Needs updating desperately, couch was ripped up, was otherwise clean, but unseemly. Having Pizzaria Uno on premises was a big asset.

Second, the air conditioning unit is not functioning properly — it turns on and off intermittently and is not cooling effectively. Given these issues, the current condition feels far below the standard expected😔

Clean rooms delicious breakfast and delicious dessert in the restaurant!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the water pressure in the showers is great! Loved our stay

Large suites and clean

I had reserved a handicap accesible room, but did not get one, leaving me with no way to bathe. Additionally the sofa in the room had a tear in the arm exposing the wood and foam padding. I sat down on the sofa and sank down below the actual frame resulting in me being unable to get up to answer the door and requiring physical assistance to return to a standing position.

Cleaning could have been better. Staff needs to be more friendly.

When my flight was canceled, it was quick, easy and friendly last minute place to stay

Bathroom door lock was broken, room smelled like cigarettes, shower curtain rod was broken and light by front door was out. The breakfast was nice and the staff was good. Just over priced for the quality. And they charged $20 a night for parking which is not noted when you make the initial reservation. The confirmation notes$18 night parking.

We booked two rooms ...#400 and #401. 401 had a chewed up arm on the coach. Right when you walked in the door. Very embarrassing to us, as my son took that room. We had booked it. The hall carpets were beyond disgusting and filthy.

No

Location was great. I liked the room design with 2 separate comparments for working while parter was sleeping. Room was non smoking but smelled odd. Got used to it after a while. Temperature control was good.

Staff were really awesome and helpful. The room we were in started with the

I booked online and they overcharged me about $25

Limpieza y amabilidad desayunos

Property was under construction and my room didn’t even have a room number posted outside. The inside of the room furniture was ripped and the stay was very pricey for what I experienced.

If you are just spending the night, it works.
