Nothing The toilet wouldn’t flush and it wasn’t bolted to the floor properly. The walls are paper thin I could literally hear someone peeing in another room. Breakfast was to be available until 1030 but when I went down at 9 they said they were closed

The coffee maker did not work the first day. Only one outlet worked for charging my phone and computer, and it was in an inconvenient location.

We checked into our room the bathroom had not been cleaned, the toilet was clogged and would not flush. There were dental flossers still on the floor in the bathroom and bedroom. They moved us across the hall and the new room had someone’s hair all over the pillow cases. The room smelled old and musty.

Smellly need to be a cleaner w hallway all over smells nasty

Staff was friendly and attend to our needs. However we got 2 rooms ,one of the room was freezing cold we tried turning the heat on but thermostat was not working, so we had to sleeping In the freezing cold. The staff did offer to have us move to another room but it was too late in the night .

I like the staff but the hotel was my worst experience because of bedbugs and no one care when you ask to speak to the manager he was not there to see and never call or anything

Rooms were not well kept … my bed literally had dog hairs and had bed bugs ..literally had about 16 -18 bed bug bites on my legs and arm… terrible customer service on the checkout !!

Great location! The coffee bar area was filthy! No garbage can, so garbage strewn on the table. The table cloth was stained. I went out and got coffee because it was so unappealing - free or not!

My room was relatively clean. The maid service just forgot to leave a soap bar in the bathroom.

Breakfast is made to order. Very inconvenient if you have something early.

The room was not clean at all. The room smell really bad and the pillow was so not smelling good at all I have to go buy my own blanket and pillow. The coffee machine in the room nasty
