Very clean room and staff was very friendly and attentive!! Great Breakfast!! Enjoyed our 2 days there!!

Great location. Convenient for trip to Mercer Theatre. $40 parking fee is a nuisance.

The whole downtown area of Savannah had the internet out for 3 days, so check in took longer than usual, but they were very organized. The staff was super friendly. The room was great (especially the A/C)! The shower leaked, but not a big deal.

Check-in was easy. Room was as expected. Room was fine but “well-worn”. This is a well used property because of its location but they need to keep that in minds. Things like door handles being loose, wall thermostat not working, phone not working, elevator not working correctly. The pool was closed on the only night we wanted to use it. Breakfast was good - comparable to other properties. Lobby was in nice condition. It’s not as worn as the rooms are. Great location and friendly staff. All soaps in the shower which are locked against the wall were almost out (as they are pretty much everywhere we ever stay). So we had to call down to get more. It never came so we had to go down to the front desk to get more. We don’t have an issue with it being locked down in general but it should be on the housekeeping checklist to fill it to the top each and every room turn that way it never runs out on a guest. I’m positive that anyone at Marriott corporate would agree with that.

Great location and friendly staff.

Everything was great, but the swimming pool was closed for all 4 days.

Amazing stay, very accommodating staff!

Service at the restaurant one night was terrible. Place was busy but seats available, and the hostess was less than accommodating. The grill cheese concept was good but execution very poor. Basic diner food. The next night the bartender was very nice, so that saved the reputation a bit. Their burbon selection was great, and the old fashions were delicious. Overall, decent stay, great location, price was reasonable for what we got.

Got in very late at night. I was given access after a while of waiting since no one was at the front desk. I was not told about what my reservation included and did not even know there was valet parking. I called front desk to enquire about city parking payment and was cut off. I called back but my inquiry was not settled. Breakfast is good and that staff are very nice and welcoming. There is regular housekeeping.

Otherwise staff were excellent! Friendly and helpful! Clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

The room was clean and spacious, house keeping was wonderful. Great location to everything, Concierge was great! Restaurant Toasted Barrel had terrible food. They specialize in grilled cheese but the food was cold and the sandwich was very chewy. The outdoor pool & hot tub were very dirty and I didn’t want to be in either of them.
-
The air conditioning unit in our room leaked and made the floor squishy and wet.
-
We loved how quiet it was and especially how good walking distance was to downtown, especially since we had my nephew with us. there was honestly nothing we didn’t like, everything was good
-
right across the street! Perfect!
-
The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all
-
Clean, nice location close to downtown
